Rapid Response Project Manager
Focus on new product development. Responsible for maintaining Business and Technical Process Integrity while fast tracking projects. I lead and coordinate boutique teams tailored to meet a specific customer and market demand in a short period of time. Work involves matrix management, multiple business and technical groups. Function as the Research and Development Liaison to high profile customers and executive leadership. Key contributions in customer business requirements gathering.

Practice Director
Responsibilities include designing and analyzing research for initiatives, working in a team to answer business questions and provide project management. Design and develop progressive communications solutions in a corporate business environment.  Provide strategic communication planning, counsel and implementation support. Develop, recommend and implement effective strategic communications plans, business initiatives, sales force effectiveness, loyalty programs, customer segmentation, business process re-engineering.

Technical Program Manager
Subject matter expert in Multimedia Telephony, Peer-to-Peer IP Interactive Video, Collaboration. Coached team of 20 software engineers, technical writers, project managers, system engineers and technical support staff. Worked with Customer teams to evaluate client’s needs and provide a complete solution.  Generated and maintained schedules, budgets, risk analysis, work assignments. Research Realization, Technology Transfer Analyst
Worked directly with Multimedia Research and Product Realization to develop technology transfer packages. Served as the primary liaison between Research and Product Development Teams. Ensured successful cross-organizational efforts on key technologies, and created interoperability, integration plans with existing product lines.

Program Management, Arts in Multimedia
Initiated collaborations in key multimedia applications, pairing together researchers and members of the academy to create joint projects.  Prepared the Marketing and Communications Plans and project schedules.  Developed the sponsorship agreement, legal contracts, schedule, and budget. Distance Learning Technology Specialist
